I'm a UX/UI Designer from the Bay Area.
I always wanted to be an artist when I was young. Watching cartoons, anime, and Jurassic Park was what motivated me to pursue in the art field. In college, I decided to take courses in Graphic Design and Web Design to dip my feet into the digital world. This decision made me pursue a major in Computer Science because I enjoyed developing websites from scratch using Bootstrap.
While working part-time and going to school full time, I learned about having empathy for others. After working at Daiso Japan for seven years as an assistant manager, I realized how complicated the customer and employee interactions were. If I can find a way to make my life or task simpler and done faster, I would share that knowledge with everyone.
My motivation for pursuing UX/UI design was to help business owners understand the importance of understanding their customer and employees' needs. I want to be able to use my technical and creative skills to help these businesses grow a better product to provide a better user experience for their users.
